Leveraging Varel's EVOS™ and Cobra Venom™ technologies, the redesigned bit with hydraulic and cutter optimizations achieved exceptional rates of penetration (ROP) including a new field ROP record of 26m/hr and a 22.6% ROP increase over the previous best in the field. This delivered great value to the customer by maximizing drilling efficiency and minimizing drilling time.
